1. Can I order custom-made furniture?

All of Dome’s furniture is made to order for our customers or showrooms. You can purchase furniture ready-made from any of our three showrooms, order something from our various catalogues, or bring in your own design to us and we will quote you the cost to make it. Our in-house designer can create a professional drawing of your design for your approval prior to production

2. How long does it take to have furniture made?

• Sofas and armchairs typically take 2-3 weeks if we have the fabric of your choice in stock. Should you choose fabric that needs to be ordered, you should allow an additional 2 – 3 weeks delivery time.
• Wooden furniture including dining settings, wardrobes, beds etc usually takes 4-5 weeks, and is treated in factory conditions to reduce the chances of warping and splitting.
• Wrought iron products can usually be made to order in 2-3 weeks if we don’t have the design of your choice in stock.

3. Do you sell mattresses or bedding?

Our mattresses are imported from Singapore and are of international quality, type and size to meet all your mattress needs. Dome stocks a vast range of bedding and linens including mattress protectors, quilts, pillows, and high quality cotton sheets in standard European sizes. Dome is renowned for its creative textile bedroom collections that include quilts, duvet cover sets, and cushions - all in silks, satins, velvets, embroidery and high quality white cottons.

4. Are your products hand-made?

All of our textile collections are designed by international designers and hand-made in Vietnam. Our designers blend European styling using Vietnamese materials, which results in unique “Eurasian” products that are affordable but luxurious.

5. What kind of home wares and giftware do you sell?

Dome has homewares and giftware for every room in your home. Dining and living room collections include table runners and placemats, cushions, throws, area rugs, beaded candle lights and silk-covered photo albums, cutlery boxes, jewellery boxes and notebooks. Bedroom collections include matching bed linen ranges in cottons, silks, satins and velvets, with a variety of matching cushions and sleepwear ranges. Dome also sells shower curtains, towels, cotton bathmats, and a variety of floor and bedside lamps.

6. Do you sell anything for children?

Dome has a unique collection of children’s fashion, furniture and bedding. Pyjamas for boys and angel dresses for girls are very popular gift items, and the unique “India” bedroom collection includes a golden bed with matching bedside table, mirror and sequined mosquito net and stand made from wrought iron. Quilts or duvet sets in various colours and styles can make your child’s room special and unique.

7. Do you make curtains?

Dome has been providing high quality window coverings for homes, apartments and hotels in Hanoi for over ten years. Our team will come in and measure your rooms, help you choose the fabric and style, and then do the rest – easy!
